Teacher Recommendation Form
Records Release Form
When you have completed the application packet of materials you will be contacted by the school’s Office of Admissions to schedule a visit so we can get to know your child. This will allow us to observe, assess and recommend placement. The Office of Admissions will also coordinate a time for a brief parent/guardian meeting with a member of the Admissions team about your child.
Preschool (3-year-olds) and Prekindergarten (4-year-olds) children visit in small groups with other candidates their age, during scheduled Play Days:
Kindergarten children visit for a morning with their peers in the Prekindergarten classroom.
First through Eighth Grade students visit for a full day in the class with their peers.
When your child has completed the play day or visit day, their application materials and the feedback gathered from St. Peter’s teachers and staff who observe and interact with your child on their visit day will go to the school’s Admissions Committee for consideration. At the end of January, once re-enrollment is completed for current families, the Admissions Office will contact new families to share the admissions decision.
Families may apply later in the Admissions season during the Spring or Summer months. Admissions decisions for these applicants will be conveyed on a rolling basis, roughly two to three weeks after the visit day.
