Annual Auction

Celebrate the Night in Black & White

The SPS Annual Auction is our biggest fundraising event of the year, and a whole lot of fun for the entire community. Through the Silent Auction, Live Auction, Paddle Raise or simply by attending and enjoying the evening, our families can help support the School!

Paddle Raise Project Update

The Wiggins Field Improvement plan has been identified as the 2020 Paddle Raise Project, which will kick-off a two-year, two-phase renovation plan. Every dollar pledged at this year’s paddle raise will be used towards constructing a more secure, attractive green space perimeter that will be more cohesive with the historic look of the neighborhood. Next year’s paddle raise will continue this work with the addition of a modern and engaging playground and an upgraded turf space.

A Message from the Auction Chair

“This year I am excited for the party to move to Northern Liberties, where Tendenza the modern, industrial-chic event space reminiscent of New York City lofts, is located. I accepted the opportunity to chair the auction because, as the parent of current and incoming students, I believe the success of the auction will not only enrich the lives of all St. Peter’s children, but ensure our welcoming red doors remain open for years to come.

It is clear we all believe our children’s education is a priority, and have chosen to make an investment in their education by being part of the St. Peter’s School community. Given that PLAY is such a crucial component of our children’s developmental experience, I am thrilled that the Wiggins Field Improvement plan has been identified at this year’s Paddle Raise Project. Every dollar pledged at the paddle raise will be used towards a renovated playground space, landscaping and perimeter fencing. Additionally, each year a portion of the auction proceeds support the professional development of our wonderful faculty and staff, who are a cornerstone of this community.”

How to Get Involved?

Planning for this year’s Annual Auction is well underway, but we are always happy to have volunteers get involved! There are many ways help, including:

  • Securing auction items
  • Assisting with sponsorship solicitation
  • Helping with raffle and ticket sales
  • Packaging items
  • Event set-up

Anyone interested in volunteering or with questions about the auction are encouraged to email event chair Emily McHose P ’28 at auction@st-peters-school.org.
