St. Peter’s School Privacy Statement and Notice

At St. Peter’s School, we are committed to keeping your information private. We recognize the importance that our families, donors, alumni and friends of the School place on the privacy and confidentiality of their information. While new technologies allow us to more efficiently serve our families and friends, we are committed to maintaining privacy standards that are synonymous with our established and trusted name.
When collecting, storing and retrieving prospect, family, alumni and donor data, internal controls are maintained throughout the process to ensure security and confidentiality.

Your Information Remains Confidential
SPS is committed to honoring the privacy of its students, families and supporters at all times. We will not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with anyone else, nor will we send mailings on behalf of other organizations.

SPS collects and maintains personal information that is specifically and knowledgeably provided to us by individuals or their companies. We will only share personally identifiable information with a third party if (i) we are required by law (ii) it is necessary for completing an authorized operation, for instance to process a credit card transaction, or (iii) if the person submitting the information asks that it be shared.

Our web server automatically recognizes each visitor’s domain name, but does not automatically collect personally identifiable information. There are times, however, such as when you contact us or otherwise register for an event, that we will collect specific information. If you choose to provide personally identifiable data, you may receive future information from us—by mail, electronically or by telephone—advising you of upcoming SOS events and support opportunities. St. Peter’s School employees are subject to a written policy regarding confidentiality, and access to student, family and donor data is restricted to faculty and staff on an as-needed basis. Information is used for lawful business purposes and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as permitted by law.
