SPS Difference

Explore the engaging curriculum, discover the joyful community, and learn why so many families choose St. Peter’s School.

WHAT SETS US APART, IS WHAT OUR STUDENTS ARE A PART OF

An education does not just happen to our students; it is something they take an active role in. Being a part of a team that builds a boat for a community boathouse, participating in a Peace March through Society Hill to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., studying the water quality in the urban watershed by taking samples from local sources; these are all ways SPS students become an integral part of their own educational experience.

Enhancing Classroom Learning; Deepening Community Relationships

The SPS City Curriculum

The goal behind the City Curriculum is for our students to connect to the city of Philadelphia and its rich historical, arts, cultural, business, culinary, political, philanthropic and ecological resources. The City Curriculum was created to both enhance the learning experience for each student and provide an opportunity to build a stronger bond to their communities and the city at large.
