Strategic Plan

Building on Strength. Planning for Possibility.

Launched in 2024, our Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap to guide us into the future with purpose, clarity, and care.

Developed with Bloom Planning and in partnership with faculty, families, trustees, and community members, the plan focuses on five key pathways: Students, Community, Teachers, Our City, and Facilities. Each pathway outlines a series of initiatives that will strengthen our academic program, deepen our community connections, and ensure our spaces and resources meet the needs of today’s learners.

This plan reflects not only where we are now, but where we are headed. We invite you to explore the work we’ve already begun and the vision that will carry SPS forward.
