For grades 1-8 only
3/30, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/18, 6/1 (7 sessions)
Students will explore traditional hand building techniques to create one-of-a-kind ceramics and functional pottery. Using coil, slab, and pinch methods, students will strengthen fine motor skills, learn to problem solve, and expand their imagination.
Students will explore surface decoration, and practice glazing applications. Final products will be fired in the kiln and students will take their pieces home when completed!
